The Journey Agent + CRM is for real estate teams and brokerage staff. The Journey home plan is for buyers, sellers, and homeowners. Partners normally enter through a limited invitation, so a missing menu may be intentional.
Task guides
Open the section that matches the task. You do not need to read the whole guide before you start; each section explains the starting point, the action, and what a finished result looks like.
“Ask the Assistant” below means the Assistant button that appears on every page once you are signed in. It answers how-to questions from these guides, limited to your role, and it is labelled AI assistant and can be wrong, so check anything important.
Seam and your CRM
A conventional CRM usually keeps contacts, deals, tasks, messages, and reports. Seam can handle those records or work beside the CRM your team already has.
What Seam adds is the work after the record: the client’s own plan, requested documents, limited partner invitations, and brokerage ownership changes. Those actions remain connected to the same person and transaction.
