Journey Agent + CRM

Run the relationship, not just the record.

The management console for real estate teams: contacts, tasks, notes, documents, transactions, and team ownership in one working view. Use it as your main CRM or beside the one you have.

Signals, available with the Complete Platform in Virginia today, adds lead finding to the same console. See what that means outside Virginia.

What this shows. Open Today, move into the full client record, and leave a named owner and next action for tomorrow.

Daily client work

Start with what needs attention, then open the full history.

01

Start on Today

See due tasks, blocked steps, waiting documents, and messages with the client and owner already attached.

02

Work from the client

Open one relationship to see tasks, notes, messages, documents, milestones, and the next action together.

03

Leave clear ownership

Assign the next step, set when it is due, and keep earlier owners and changes in the activity history.

The record and the work stay together.

Journey Agent + CRM covers familiar contact and deal work, then extends the record into the client plan, requested files, partner updates, and management changes. Signals, the leads platform, is available with the Complete Platform, where it sits inside the console and hands each new conversation to the same record.

01 / FIND

Clients and households

Search people by name and review their stage, owner, next action, open work, and linked household before opening the full record.

02 / DO

Today and tasks

Work due and blocked items in order. Complete, reschedule, or add a note without separating the task from the client.

03 / KNOW

Client workspace

Keep notes, messages, tasks, milestones, partners, and the activity timeline in one place.

04 / FILES

Document requests

Ask for a specific file, see who has it, review what arrives, and keep the request state visible to the right people.

05 / MOVE

Lead to client

Carry the reason, notes, owner, and next follow-up into the active relationship instead of rebuilding them when the person becomes a client.

06 / REVIEW

Connections to another CRM

Review new and changed records, resolve likely duplicates, and approve what should enter the active client list.

The main difference is where the work ends.

A conventional CRM usually centers the day on contact records, deals, tasks, messages, automation, and reports. Journey Agent + CRM keeps those familiar records, then connects them to the client’s Journey plan, document requests, limited partner invitations, and brokerage reassignment work.

The CRM module is optional: the console can be the team’s main CRM or run beside an existing one, and it is named Journey Agent + CRM either way. Connections are reviewed before records are accepted into active client work.

A common CRM task

Move one client forward and leave the record ready for tomorrow.

  1. 01

    Open Today.

Choose the first due or blocked item and read why it needs attention.

  2. 02

    Open the client.

Check the recent history, current stage, documents, messages, and owner.

  3. 03

    Do the work.

Call, send the message, review the file, or update the step from the client workspace.

  4. 04

    Set what comes next.

Complete or reschedule the task, add a short note, and confirm a named owner and date.

Use Seam with another CRM without accepting every change automatically.

Review likely matches and changed fields before a connected record becomes active client work.

Review first

Resolve likely duplicates and conflicting details before accepting a change.

Limit access

Roles and feature choices follow the person’s current job.

Keep history

Important changes remain visible after ownership or access changes.

Journey or Journey Agent + CRM

The console is the half your client never sees.

What the console adds

Pipeline, contacts and lead management, tasks and an activity timeline, deal stages, Journey Templates, Action Plans and reports — on top of everything Journey already gives the client.

When Journey alone is enough

There are two ways to keep the CRM you already have. Buy Journey by itself and your CRM stays the system of record, or take the console and connect the other CRM with the review step above. If you are certain you are not leaving your current pipeline, the first is cheaper and we would rather say so.

Changing your mind

The entitlement is set once when the workspace is bought and changed through billing afterwards, so moving up later is not a migration.

On a phone

Journey - Agent, for the console.

Opens on Today

A native iOS and Android app that lands on Today, Journeys and the inbox — the work an agent actually opens a phone to do. Signals, available with the Complete Platform, joins them there.

Partners have an option

A one-off referral or request still needs no app and no account — the secure link works exactly as before. A partner who works with your agents regularly can install Journey - Partner instead, for push notifications on new referrals and a standing view of their open work.

Available now

Journey - Agent is on the App Store and Google Play. Install it to run Today, Journeys and the inbox from a phone, and Signals with the Complete Platform.

Available in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Journey Agent + CRM is not built around any one state's forms or MLS, so the console works the same everywhere self-serve checkout is open.
